Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Without agreeing to these terms and conditions and your user license granted by Rosha Steel, you will not be able to subscribe to or purchase Rosha Steel publications, data tables, or any other service. These terms and conditions override any previous terms and conditions stipulated, incorporated, or referred to by you. Unless you hold a multi-user license, you will only be granted use of Rosha Steel data under a standard single-user license agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Definitions
\u2022 \u201cAgreement\u201d refers to the agreement between the Licensee and Rosha Steel, which includes the order, these terms and conditions, and the relevant user license.
\u2022 \u201cLicensor\u201d or \u201cRosha Steel\u201d or \u201cWe\u201d refers to Rosha Steel.
\u2022 \u201cLicensee\u201d refers to the person, company, or organization that places an order or requests information or services from Rosha Steel and whose order or request is accepted by Rosha Steel.
\u2022 \u201cRosha Steel Data\u201d refers to any information provided by Rosha Steel in its publications, data tables, or any other service.
\u2022 \u201cData Tables\u201d include all data published through the Rosha Steel portal account, such as price data, production data, indices, and forecasts.
\u2022 \u201cPublications\u201d refer to Rosha Steel Monthly Steel Reviews and Rosha Steel Outlooks.
\u2022 \u201cOther Services\u201d refer to any service, excluding publications and data tables, including any bespoke one-off product produced by Rosha Steel for the Licensee.
\u2022 \u201cRosha Steel Portal Account\u201d refers to the website or website area accessible by the Licensee.
\u2022 \u201cSubscription\u201d refers to the supply of Rosha Steel publications or data tables over a continued period as stated in your portal account or invoice.
\u2022 \u201cUser License\u201d refers to the license issued to the Licensee specifying the number of authorized users and terms of use granted by Rosha Steel.
\u2022 \u201cUser\u201d or \u201cYou\u201d refers to individuals within the Licensee\u2019s organization authorized to access or receive Rosha Steel data under the user license agreement.
\u2022 \u201cSingle-User\u201d refers to a single-user license granting one person the right to use Rosha Steel publications or data tables.
\u2022 \u201cMulti-User\u201d refers to a multi-user license allowing more than one user to access Rosha Steel publications or data tables, with the number of users specified in the license agreement or invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Acceptance of Order<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Agreement for using Rosha Steel publications and data tables comes into effect when Rosha Steel accepts the order, and the Licensee completes the full payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Subscription Term<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The user license is valid for a 12-month period unless otherwise specified in the order confirmation, invoice, or portal account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

User License \/ Number of Users<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The type of license and the number of authorized users are specified in the Licensee\u2019s invoice or portal account. If additional users are required, a multi-user license must be purchased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Access Restrictions and Changes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rosha Steel reserves the right to restrict access if it determines that the number of users exceeds the terms of the license. Access will be restored once compliance with the license terms is confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Charges and Payment<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Charges and payment terms are outlined in the invoice. Access to data tables and other services will not be granted until full payment is received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Subscriptions can only be canceled at the end of the subscription term. No refunds are provided for early cancellations. Other services can only be canceled before payment and commencement of the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Copyright \/ Intellectual Property<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rosha Steel retains all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, to its publications, data tables, and services. Data provided by Rosha Steel is licensed to the Licensee and cannot be transferred, shared, or reproduced without written consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Limitation of Liability<\/p>\n\n\n\n
